Dress After Hours - Damage Protection

For added peace of mind, Dress After Hours offers optional Damage Protection which may be added to your rental at checkout.

Damage Protection is designed to assist with minor, accidental incidents that may occur during normal wear - allowing you to enjoy your event with confidence.

 

What Damage Protection May Cover

Where applicable, Damage Protection may contribute towards:

• Minor specialist cleaning
• Minor repairs such as loose seams or small marks
• Temporary wear consistent with normal use

Coverage applies only up to the stated limit shown at checkout.

 

What Damage Protection Does Not Cover

Damage Protection does NOT apply to:

• Loss or theft of a garment
• Irreparable damage
• Permanent staining, burns, or structural damage
• Replacement value of garments
• Late return fees
• Damage caused through negligence, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions

 

Important Information

Damage Protection must be selected at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Adding Damage Protection does not remove renter responsibility for the garment under the Dress After Hours Rental Agreement.

Dress After Hours reserves sole discretion when assessing garment condition and determining applicable charges.
