How long is the rental period?
Dress After Hours runs on a 4-day rental period. Rental periods are shown at checkout and include the event date and return date.
What if the dress doesn’t fit?
We recommend reviewing sizing details carefully before booking. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up or getting in touch before placing your order.
Do I need to clean the dress after I wear it?
No, we kindly ask that you do not attempt to clean the dress yourself. Cleaning is covered in your rental cost.
What happens if I damage a dress?
Minor wear is expected. However, significant damage may incur repair or replacement costs. Damage protection is also an optional addition to your rental. Full details are outlined in our rental terms.
What if I return my dress late?
Late returns may incur additional fees, as they can impact upcoming bookings.
What if a dress is lost?
If a garment is lost or not returned, you may be charged the replacement value as outlined in our rental terms.
