Shipping & Delivery
Dress After Hours offers nationwide overnight courier delivery within New Zealand. A flat-rate shipping fee is applied at checkout and includes both delivery to you and return courier service.
Orders are typically dispatched prior to your selected rental period to ensure your piece arrives in time for your event. While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, Dress After Hours is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather events, or circumstances outside of our control.
Please allow extra time for rural, remote, and outer-island addresses, which may require an additional 1–2 business days.
If your event is within the next 3 business days, please contact us before booking to confirm the best delivery option.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information at checkout. We are not liable for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
Local Pickup — Meadowbank, Auckland
Local pickup is available for selected orders. Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order is ready for collection, including the exact pickup address and instructions. Please wait until you receive this email before arriving.
Returns
Your return courier label and instructions will be included with your order. Garments must be returned by the stated return date to avoid late fees, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
